Sorry, I cannot take much time right now, but wanted to update the blog...
Let me show you this.....simple, healthy breakfast.
Steamed rice and fresh raw egg. Boiled spinach w/ Ponzu ( soy sauce and citrus juice ), Miso soup w/ burdock roots.
Unless I am on holidays or weekends, I cannot afford big breakfast, meaning time-wise, money-wise etc... Easy, healthy breakfast can be made within 10 min.
