Grilled salmon with grated daikon radish and the shredded cabbage salad.
Pickled cucumber and radish, seaweed miso soup and rice.
My breakfast is usually simpler than this and less dishes since I don't want to take much time for cooking in the morning.
This is though a typical Japanese breakfast... well balanced, healthy set.
