Boil water in a deep pan and add a pinch of salt.
Add 2, 3 stalks of spinach into the water.
Cook for 1, 2 min. Take it out and drain.
Wash in cold water and squeeze. Cut the spinach into bite size. Place it into the small bowl or plate.
Sprinkle sesame. Use mentsuyu ( soba noodle sauce ) to season it.
