Sorry, for long silence. It has been really hectic, which is good for my business. Well, lately, I feel I am becoming Ramen Freak.
Above is regular Shio ( salt ) Ramen at Ivan Ramen.
Ivan ( the owner chef ) used to be a French restaurant chef in New York. After he saw a Japanese film titled " Tampopo ( Dandelion ) ", he was dreaming about the day to try it. When he tried Ramen for the first time, he thought he would be addicted to it.
Eventually, he started his own ramen shop.... Well done ! The soup was delicate, not salty or greasy. I went there with another Ramen freak, but 20 min. wait in line did not bother us.
