Marinade --- Octopus and Cucumber

Lately, I am so into vinegar.... I do not know why.
Probably the body is sensing the change of the season, that is my guess.    Spring has come, although it is still bit chilly, I can feel.

I found Octopus for sashimi at supermarket and
made this.  Just octopus and cucumber.

For dressing, you can add oil such as olive oil or grape seed oil.  This time, I didn't use any oil.

Just mix 3 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of soy sauce, pinch of salt and some pepper.  
Oh, and please prepare boiled water and wash octopus before use to clean the surface.
