Thick Tomato Soup

I often eat tomato in Summer.
This is easy recipe when you want to enjoy tomato flavour.
2 tomatoes
3, 4 leaves of Shiso ( Japanese Basil )
1 table spoon of olive oil
1 tea spoon of Ponzu ( lemon, Yuzu or Lime juice and say sauce)
1. Pour olive oil in heated pan.
2. Add tomatoes ( cut into 4 pieces ) into the pan.
3. Cook till the tomatoes become thick soup.
4. Put the tomato soup into the bowl. Put chopped shiso on the top.
5. Pour ponzu over it.
